Virgin Islands Board of Career and Technical Education

Position: Executive Director

Salary Range: 80,000-90,000 (exempt position with full GVI benefits)

The Virgin Islands Board of Career and Technical Education seeks a qualified, dynamic individual to serve as Executive Director. This leadership role requires expertise in management, budgeting, and advancing Career and Technical Education programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related field (MBA preferred)

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience

• Knowledge of Career and Technical Education

• Experience in representing organizations through presentations

• Budget preparation and presentation skills

• Ability to manage day-to-day operations of the Board 

• Willingness to travel

Key Responsibilities:

• Office management and staff supervision

• Budget preparation and oversight

• Conducting school assessments

• Collaborating with the Board to meet organizational goals
