Pike St. Croix - On July 2, 2026, at around 2:15 pm the St. Croix 911 Emergency Call Center received multiple calls reporting a male gunshot victim at Croixville Apartments, in Frederiksted, St. Croix. Rhea announced that Cecile Douglas, 44, was found guilty on all four counts presented to the jury following a two-day trial in the Virgin Islands Superior Court on St. Croix.
