Water Spirit Cargo Service Back in Business

St. Croix - Water Spirit Freight Services, the St. Croix based cargo carrier that provides island to island services between St. Croix, St. Thomas, Old San Juan, Puerto Rico and Tortola, BVI, has been given the all clear to resume cargo operations at Pier 14 in Old San Juan. 

Given the conflicting problems with cruise ship dockings at Pier 10, the company has moved operations to Pier 14. Due to operational limitations at Pier 14, where it has been decided that only one vessel can dock at a time, Water Spirit has announced it has implemented schedule adjustments in order to support efficient vessel movements in and out of the port. 

Water Spirit transports commercial and residential goods, cars, boats, heavy equipment, and a variety of other goods such as groceries, lumber, cylinders, and construction materials.

Water Spirit expressed gratitude to its customers, employees, and government agencies for their patience during the period of transition.
