On Tuesday, May 6, 2025, a Magistrate Judge of the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands (St. Croix District) issued warrants for Mr. Heywood, Mr. Noel, and Mr. Henry.

On Wednesday, October 8, 2025, 19-year old Lijsabbattical Henry was detained without incident by a member of the Virgin Islands Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Bureau at a service station in the Frederiksted area.
