Man Shot Dead in Castle Burke

St. Croix - On Monday, November 17, 2025, the 911 Emergency Call Center received a call at about 12:11 pm, from a concerned citizen who reported that a male was lying in the bushes and that he appeared to be unresponsive in Castle Burke, Frederiksted.

Emergency Medical Technicians arrived on the scene and pronounced the male dead. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body.

The deceased was identified by his next of kin as 33 year-old Malik Anthony Francis.
