Murder in Grove Place

St. Croix - On Saturday, June 21, 2025, at approximately 6:15 pm, the 911 Emergency Call Center received an alert from ShotSpotter regarding multiple gunshots fired in the vicinity of the Cozy Corner Bar & Restaurant in Grove Place. Shortly after, a caller reported that a male may have sustained fatal injuries as a result of the discharging of gunshots. 

Dasha Graham’s 29-year old body was subsequently identified by a family member. His death marks the 9th homicide on St. Croix in 2025. The 17th for the Territory. 

At this time the VIPD has no additional information. The investigation is ongoing. The Virgin Islands Police Department (VIPD) urges anyone with any information on this crime to contact 911, the Crime Investigation Bureau (CIB) at 340-778-2211 or Crime Stoppers VI at 1-800-222-TIPS. All tips will be kept confidential.
