Nude and Lewd Male Alarms STT Residents

St. Thomas - A series of frightening incidents involving a wandering nude and lewd man has shaken residents at three different St. Thomas complexes.
On August 19, 2026, residents at Magens Bay Junction, apartment complex, reported a man walking completely nude in the main building of the complex. Surveillance footage captured the individual engaging in inappropriate conduct. Further investigation revealed the man unlawfully entered a residence at the Magens Bay Junction while completely nude and rummaged through personal belongings.
He was spotted later that day at the Lindbergh Bay Hotel, still in the nude, engaging in lewd behavior outside a vehicle occupied by a woman.
Additionally, the man was seen at Bolongo Bay Beach Resort attempting to tamper with guest locks and was later observed on camera peering through a guest’s window white engaged in inappropriate conduct.
Consequently, the Criminal Investigation Bureau (CIB) issued a Wanted Poster and successfully identified 23-year old Hunter Jackson as the perpetrator. He eventually surrendered to law enforcement authorities and the VIPD charged him with Second-Degree Burglary, Unlawful entry, trespassing, indecent exposure, obscene and indecent conduct and other related offenses. His bail was set at $50,000.
