Final Arrest of Gang that Shot-up F’sted

Pike St. Croix - The final arrest of the gang that shot-up Frederiksted last February, parts of which were broadcast on social media while they were driving through town near The Fred, was implemented by the VIPD’s Criminal Investigation Bureau.
